Lee has the perfect personality for the real estate industry; he has a wealth of knowledge about the condition of homes and the real estate market, a lot of patience, he’s very proactive, and incredibly diligent in all he does.  We had numerous opportunities for breakdowns in the escrow process, but Lee was constantly on top of every detail, always in contact with everyone involved, and did it all with a smile. 

We had a wonderful experience with Lee; not only was he knowledgeable about areas down to what streets were better to live near than others, we felt as though we were his only clients.  He never left an email unanswered; was always very thorough in answering our questions; and made himself available all hours of the day by phone or email.  We didn’t know much when we decided to purchase our first home so we had a lot of questions and concerns, but Lee was always willing to educate us and we felt at ease being able to understand how each part of the process would play out.   

We made a friend during this venture and, although we don’t plan on selling anytime soon, we definitely look forward to the opportunity of working with Lee again.

Our home was a foreclosure, which required quite a bit of negotiation and he was able to negotiate a great deal on our behalf. He worked hard to help us get the best price and terms.

Once our offer was accepted he walked us through all next steps and kept us up to date on the entire transaction.  He even went above and beyond in following up with the escrow and loan company to make sure we closed on time and did not incur penalties. Even after we closed, he followed up with us on our Home insurance policy.

I have already recommended him to friends and anyone I know who is looking for a great Realtor. We have bought several homes before but Lee is by far the most qualified, Knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with getting the best deal for his clients.  We would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I’m a biopharmaceutical professional who relocated my family to San Diego in 2007.
